Now let's get on the interesting stuff!! Mystic Aquarium is a great place to go to in Mystic! They have penguins, seals, belugas, and other marine mammals, along with many interesting fish. I highly reccomend this place for kids. For more inforamation, click here Mark Twain's House is a fantastic historical place in Hartford to go to, if you're interested in historical places, that is. I would reccomend it if you're a fan of Twain, who wrote Huckleberry Finn, Tom Sawyer, and Swiss Family Robinson. For more information, click here The Beardsley Zoo is a spectacluar place in Bridgeport because it's FILLED with land animals, the opposite of the Mystic. To ravens to ibises, this zoo will amaze you with how many animals are in this zoo. For more information, click here The Connecticut Science Center is another great place in Hartford to learn about science, and have fun! There's an exhibit of strange matter, a meerkat movie in 3D, and you can even have birthday parties there. Go and enjoy yourself at this science center! For more information, click here Gilette Castle State Park is another historic place to visit in East Haddam. Ever wondered what Connecticut looked like a century ago? Well, look no further, because this is the place, or castle, to go to! If it's camping or just a day visit, you'll still remember piece of history. For more information, click here Lake Compounce is a amusement park in Bristol, and a water park with tons of roller coasters. There's the Enterprise, a ferris wheel that starts on the ground, and spins you up, along with the Sky Coaster, a good place to bungee jump. For more information, click here The Maratime Aquarium is another aquarium, but in Norwalk. You can watch Imax movies, and even go shark diving! It's also home to meerkats. I highly recommend this!!
